I'm a beginner in Chinese. I want to learn mandarin because most of my family speaks Mandarin and are not completely fluent in English. Also, because it's part of my culture and since I was born in the U.S. I have not been able to speak Mandarin. I would really like to learn Malayalam as it is my native language. I can understand decently but my speaking is not good. I have been out of touch with it for a long time. I need improvement in speaking as well as understanding and grammar.
I am looking for a teacher who will correct my pronunciation as well as teach me grammar and help me to understand clearly when people converse.
I would like to have two lessons a week for an hour each. If more is required, that is fine too.
