I wish to learn Hindi starting at beginner level.
The reason I wish to learn Hindi is I have been living in India for 6 months and will live here for 6-12 months more, I feel it would be very beneficial to know the language. Also, I have a number of friends who speak Hindi and I wish to be able to converse with them without them having to speak in English all the time.
While I am eager to learn. I do not have very much time to dedicate to lessons. More than likely 2 days a week for 1-2 hours at a time is what I will be able to do (e.g 7pm-9pm Tuesday and Thursday)
I think lessons and the teacher should be interactive, dynamic and fun but at the same time with a level of seriousness.

I am an absolute beginner.
I will be living in India for some time and want to learn the language as best as I am able for conversation.
I do not know how much time I will be able to spend on lessons until I am there and know my schedule and living situation well - but am motivated to learn. I already possess a bachelor's degree in teaching so know how to study.
I am looking for a teacher who has good skills in English since that is my native language who is patient and well educated in teaching a foreigner Telugu/Hindi which is their native language.
