My daughter and I are both wanting to learn Gaelic Irish. We are planning to move to Ireland in 2014 and want to be able to speak fluently. We are extreme beginners. We are looking for an instructor who is patient enough to teach those of us who will ask questions while trying to fully learn and understand the language. We are willing to donate up to 3 hours in the evening and up to 6 hours each day on the weekends to learning this language.

I 'm an advanced intermediate, I'd say.
I need improvement in certain aspects of grammar, and more conversation reinforcement .

I would like to learn Gaelic (Irish) because half of my family is of Irish descent and they do not speak it. I would like to be the first; I'm proud of my heritage and I feel that learning the language would be the first step in immersing myself in the heritage and culture.
M y skill level is at zero. I know a few words and that's it. I'm looking to become entirely fluent; I want to learn sentence structure, pronunciation , and as many words / definitions as possible. I tend to have a varying work schedule, from 15 to 30 hours a week, however, I would be willing to take 1-3 days off per week to learn. I want a teacher who can speak it fluently, as well as a teacher who is willing to move at a pace slow enough so that I can take in the lesson and grasp the concept of whatever is being taught at the time.

I am a beginner who has look at learning on line but cant find anything suitable. I am in the process of tracing my family on the Isle of Skye and want to learn so I can read what has been written and would one day like to take a trip there and think it would be benifical.
