Hi,
I'm a student at carleton, taking a year off right now.
I'm planning on travelling to South America later this winter. I just want to pick up some very basic Spanish before i leave.
I would want to focus on conversation and areas that would be practical for a traveller. e.g. food, money, transportatio n.
I would want to meet with a teacher for one or two hours a week in the Carleton or downtown area.

I am an intermediate Spanish learner...I have also spent a few months in Spain back in the summer of 2003. I would like to fine tune my grammatical knowledge, but I would also like to converse with a native speaker. I have recently learned the subjunctive and am looking for someone to really practice my verb tenses with and just basically chit-chat with while learning. I am travelling to Costa Rica in December and would like some knowledge, and also my in-laws are from Chile
I need improvement in conversation and I have not learned any past tense
