I currently have no French language skills. My interests are both personal and business related. My job entails 2 to 3 trips a year to Europe and I currently have business contacts with a French company. I've developed a friendship with a couple of people in prior business dealings and although they speak fluent English I would like to show them respect and try to communicate to them in their native language.
My main focus is conversationa l French, however it's also important to me to be able to read French.
As for what qualities I'm looking for in a teacher, the only expectation I have it that someone that can teach me in a way that I can learn.

I am a beginner in grammar but have had lots of practice speaking with native speakers in France and following their conversations . I want to improve my verb conjugation, past and future tenses and vocabulary so that I can converse in everyday situations with ease. I am willing to dedicate as much time as necessary to become fluent. I am looking for a structured lesson plan from my teacher and multiple classes per week.
