I am originally from the Netherlands, but moved to U.S. at age 8.
This summer I will be travelling to Amsterdam for 4-5 weeks and I am interested in relearning the language.
At this point, I am able to speak enough Dutch to make myself understood, but I would like to become more fluent and work especially on grammar.
I am looking for a teacher in Amsterdam who is willing to give me private lessons daily in the morning.

I am currently half way through a beginners course in Dutch for written and conversation. I live and work in Venlo, Holland, so ideally I would like to have a private tutor and continue with the rest of my course. My listening skills are good and my reading skills are better then my written and speech abilities. I would need support in all of these fields. I would like to dedicate 1 night a week to private tuition, lasting at least 1 and a half to two hours maximum per week. I may increase the amount of lessons per week or the time length of the lesson later, this entirely depends on the improvements I make. The qualities I am looking for in a teacher is someone who has excellent knowledge of the English language, and will ulitmately be able to strengthen my confidence in speaking and understanding dutch well.
