I have a Maltese partner and would love to surprise her and learn the language so we can talk together and have fun in her native language.
I am a complete beginer and would love to become very proficient in speaking Maltese.
I need to learn to be rpoficient in all aspects of the language.
As much time as would be recommended so I can practice it regularly and become proficient enough to be confident and fluent when I chose to converse using maltese.
I am looking for it to be fun, enjoyable and as close to Maltese as possible, for example when learning some languages it is very literal and not relivant when actualy talking to people who have the language as their primary means of communication .
I love being in Malta and we visit every two years and I would feel more part of the community and embrace the country more if I can speak fluently in Maltese, I fell its also more respectful to the Maltese people to speak to them in their native tongue in there homeland.

He has a great desire to continue learning learning Chinese (mandarin)
h e is at a beginner level. He previously had tutoring when he was in primary school but has been teaching himself this year.
He is specifically looking for a tutor who can prepare him for external examinations at school - they would need to follow the syllabus with text books.

I'm currently a PhD candidate and my dissertation is a study of cultural memory in Turkish literature. Though I am working from English translation I frequently visit Turkey and would like to get a better grasp of the language. I am at a beginners stage and would like to learn grammar etc not just conversationa l Turkish. I would like to spend 1 hour contact time with a one on one teacher per week. I want a professional teacher who understands the process of learning a language and would like a native Turkish speaker.
