Beginner. My girlfriend speaks some english and is coming back from Thailand soon. I wish to be able to converse with her about basic things or better to avoid misunderstand ings in the future. I am looking private lessons and therefore for advice regarding how much time to spend on this, from the teacher. Obviously it is not necessarily an easy language to learn, but I will make whatever efort is required to achieve my goals to the best of my abilities. I hope it can be fun and relatively quick to learn. I also hope to find a location that is not to difficult to get to.

I am at a beginner level in Greek. I would like to learn conversationa l Greek as I will be travelling to Greece in August, 2005. I would say I am intermediate because Cantonese is my first language. Growing up in Toronto i quickly developed the English language and used it everyday as my first language. I want to become more fluent in Cantonese especially with my conversation. I would like to dedicate 2-3 days a week on lessons. I look for sense of humour, good teaching style and patience from a teacher.

I want to become fluent in the reading, writing and speaking of the French language. At the moment I speak completley fluent in Spanish, therefore I understand alot of French. I want to improve in every area especially speaking and reading. I just graduated from International Business and I did my last semester of school in France.
