I would like to start learning Russian because I often work with Russians at my workplace. Also, I studied Russian as a child, so I think I should not waste that knowledge (although I basically forgot almost everything by now). I am at beginner level.
I'd like to have a 1,5-2 hour lesson each week, in the morning hours (weekdays). I want to learn grammar, but I would like to lay emphasis on speaking and conversation skills.

I am enquiring about lessons for my daughter who has a great interst in the Russian language, she has had some lessons but I would think is still at the beginners level. All areas of the language need improvementan d thelessons would have to fit in around her university studies, her timetable may change from term to term. We are looking for a patient , enthusiastic teacher who not only covers langausge but perhaps also the Russian life style.

Hello,
My partner and myself are wanting to learn russian as we are to move over there at the end of the year. I have no knowledge of this language at all but my partner is russian, he came over here when he was younge - but his parents only spoke english to him - he knows a bit of the basics but we will both like to learn from the begining. Mainly conversation we would like to learn. We would like the lessons to be approximatly a hour long and if possible twice a week, if not we will be happy for one lesson also we would like the course to go until we have a good understanding of the language. We would like our teacher to be patient with us but also have a passion for teaching the language - as we feel this helps to learn, also a back ground in the culture would be great.

I wish to learn the language partly because my boyfriend is Russian and his family and friends dont know very much English, i am also planning to travel to Russia in the next few years for at least a few months and dont want to be a burden to anyone. I wish to make a life with him and even though he has offered to help me learn i'd like to supplement that with proper classes
