I currently speak 3 languages fluently and have decided that I really want to be able to communicate in more language than that. First off I want to be able to speak French, because I have always found an interest in it. I am a quick learner and am very adaptable to pronunciation . I currently speak: German, English and Spanish as though they were all my native tongues. It would be great if I could add French and hopefully Afrikaans too.
Wanting to learn Afrikaans has suddenly become an interest to me as well.
In French I am able to say a few thing and get by - but I don't know if you would consider that anything else other than a beginner.
Afrikaans ....I am definitely a beginner. No question about it.

Dear prospective teacher:
I am a recent retiree and new resident in the Orlando area (Kissimmee). I have a great admiration for France, the french and their language. I have been to France and have done some studying, I would guess that I'm probably at the intermediate level. I am interested in one on one, small group, or classroom training sessions. I would prefer an adult learning environment with a native french speaker but it is not a requirement. I would like two sessions a week, to start as soon as possible.

I am learning my foreign language in order to become a more marketable applicant, and broaden my future job options. I have also always wanted to be able to be speak comfortably in my native country's second language.
My proficiency level in French is beginner.
I feel that my grammar, both oral and written, requires work. Additionally, I need to work on verb conjugation as it does not come as easily to me in either oral or written form.
I want to dedicate at least 3 months to my language lessons over the summer as well as continue my studies there after.
I am looking for a teacher who will push, motivate, and encourage me to work through the challenges of learning a language. I am looking for lessons that are geared toward adult learners to help me improve my oral and writing skills.
