I'm a beginner in Japanese - scratch that, I have been a beginner in Japanese for years. I had plenty of excuses of not pushing to the next level in the last decade: the timing wasn't right, I didn't like the teacher, didn't like the textbook... The list goes on. This year I finally make up my mind to take it on seriously. I am going to advance to the next level...! whatever that is.

Description |
I want to study over seas at Kyoto University, but only cut back is that they give lessons in Japanese. It's my dream to go study there. The only thing that's keeping me back is the language.
Japanese is a beautiful language. I am still a biginner and have started by reading Japanese, but I still need a lot of work. My pronounciatio n is off. I also have other students that want to learn Japanese and would also be interested in attending the classes if there were any.
I want to learn everything that there is to know about the language, especially learning Kanji symbols for writting. I am a High School student and will spend as much time as possible after school to improve my Japanese. I am a hard working student and would do what ever it takes to become an A class student.
T he qualities I would like to look for in my teacher, is an understanding side that would take the time to help me if I can't pronounce the given word. And would do everything in his or her power to make this leraning experience as powerful as he or she can.

I am interested in languages. Currently learning Japanese and wish to be able to learn French and Italian.
I am able to attend classes once a week, preferably on Sundays if possible. However, I should be able to adjust my time, if need to.
I am learning these languages as a hobby, at the moment, as I am focusing on my Japanese at the moment. Even though it's a hobby, I do understand that I have to be serious when I am learning it too. But if I can excel in the new languages, going for the language proficiency exams will also be one of my options.

konnichiha, ogenki desuka?
my name is paul dadoun and I'm 33 years old. I live in toronto and in a short time will travel to japan. my intention is to learn extensively the japanese language.
the purpose of my trip is to approach the parents of the woman in my life. I need to be able to speak both personally and formally because my goal is to return to toronto to close things here ard return to japan.
I will have to sustain my own finances so work will be needed. communicating in all styles of japanese will be required.
my first trip is planned for mid-may of this year. my return to toronto will be in july our august. its expected that my return to japan will be december. if all is well, I will attempt to obtain permanent residency in japan.
my english skills are fluent but my japanese skills are basic desu!! I'm excellent with numbers and am learning quick with self-teaching lessons. I would like to dedicate a lot of time to studying the language. I would like to learn the different types of writing japanese.
im looking for a teacher who has lived in japan for many years in different areas of japan. as I'm saving money for my future the cost I'm looking for, I would like to be affordable. arigato! the time able to invest would depend solely on the cost of education. so a system should be in place to ensure a definate result at end of study period. upon my return to toronto there will be about four months before I return to japan so this allows for continuance for learning and refining my japanese.
so this is my plea to you for help. my intentions are real and am already in the process of preparing my move to japan.
hel p me please, with respect,
p aul dadoun
