I am a visiting Penang for three months (until end of April 2014). I am highly interested in learning Mandarin and the local dialect Hokkien. This is my second stay and I am a beginner.
I would now like to dedicate time during this period for a good start in learning Chinese, which I also would like to improve further by a regular training in the future.
I would prefer an intensive form of learning in person, ideally combined with the opportunity to learn about everyday's life and the Chinese and local culture. Learning Chinese characters is also an objective, at least with the ability of some basic reading.
I would appreciate to discuss a framework and concept for the learning period with the teacher.

i would like to learn to speak in Chinese/Canto nese for my career advancement since my networking/pe ople mostly I meet up with Chinese speaking. i have no experience in talking this language but i do understand some of the words when they talk to each other using this languange. I need to concentrate on conversation & Pronunciation . im willing to spend 1 hour ( 3 times a week ) so that i can finish fast.
