I am an American Muslim who lives and works in Morocco. I can already read Arabic, but need assistance in vocab and constructing sentences etc.

Hello, I have just moved to Marrakech and and I am looking to learn French. At the moment I am a total beginner and would like to have personal one to one teaching for about 2 hours per week at my home. I am looking mainly to learn conversationa l French.I have enrolled in French class with the Institute of Francais which starts in October but would like to speed up my learning with additional tuition.I am looking for someone who can give me one to one conversationa l lessons. I'd like to emprove my english especially conversation. I think that i'm in an advanced level. I need english in my job (i'm a doctor) mainly in the meetings and conferences.
I'll be in Atlanta in november 2008 for a week and would like to take spoken english lessons each day (3 hours a day or more).
