I would like to learn either French or dutch language, & I'm beginner in both.
I'm a telecom engineer, & I would like to add another language tom knowledge, because it helps me to ope new chances in my career.
As a beginner I need to learn all areas of this language.
3 hours weekly will be acceptable to my employer.
Mostly to be very fluent in this language, it is preffered to be live in the foreigen country.
