Hello, my name is Justin Wolf. I am a beginner and hope to become an expert. I want to learn this language because I hope to reside there after i get out of high school. I need improvement in everything because i want to know everything about the language. I really dont know what i want ot be, I just really love the beauty of the land and the history of samurai and of japan. I hope to dedicate some time (due to homework and studying for test.LOL!!). I am looking for a teacher that will help me understand the language at my pace and is also nice,funny, someone that will help me every step of the way.

I believe I am intermediate. I watch alot of anime, and was previously teaching myself Japanese. So I know alot of words, I have good pronunciation skills. Also I was teaching myself the hiragana, and kanatana, but I need to use them more so I can remember them. I need to learn how to form sentences correctly, and more vocabulary as well. I want to learn Japanese fluently writing and speaking.
I want to learn this foreign language because I am in love with the culture in general. I hope to one day live in Japan for at least 2 years. Also it would be great to be able to speak two languages and be excellent to get into more Japanese Interior Design, since I am an Interior Designer.
I am willing to study three or two nights a week, also on saturdays mornings or evenings.
I am looking for a teacher who is very knowledgable of the culture and the language. Not a textbook prodigy but also can teach me the slang or ways japanese is spoken in the country. What I mean about that is sometimes the way an text book says is a correct phrase might not be the exact way it is spoken in the country. There may be shorter ways. For example: Ohayo Gozaimasu can also be spoken in short as just ohayo. In the end I just want a good teacher who can help me increase my of the knowledge language and be able to help me learn it with ease and efficiency.

The need is for someone to tutor my son who is 17 and is in his 2nd year of Japanese in High School, but not doing well He is alright with getting a tutor and we the parents will cover a reasonable fee. We prefer in-person, but will settle for online help.
