I am a beginner interested in learning Afghani farsi. I want to learn the language for career advancement and personal reasons. My experience is very limited so I am looking to just get a good start and then figure out what my strengths and weaknesses are. I work and go to school but I would like to spend a fair amount of time each week dedicated to learning farsi. I would like a teacher to help me with the specifics, particularly the differences in Afghan farsi and I would like to learn the best way in order to incorporate the language into real conversation with others who are proficient in farsi.

I am a beginner. I have been teaching myself Japanese and can understand it sometimes when it is spoken to me but I have trouble understanding young japanese students who don't speak formally.
I want to study in Japan for a year when I enter college.
I need improvement with changing the endings of the verbs and forming grammatically correct sentences. I also need to improve my vocabulary.
I want to dedeicate weekends to learning Japanese. A couple of hours each weekend.
I have a couple Japanese friends at school and I can't follow their conversations because I have trouble with the verbs especially iru and eru.
I am looking for any Japanese teacher who is a native to Japan. I prefer a student because I am one but it really doesn't matter.
