I would like to continue to learn Italian at a beginners level. I have taken a few courses over the last year but I need more vocabulary. I have always wanted to be able to understand and converse in French, I like the language very much and do enjoy much of French classical songs. More over, I am now also in need to acquire basic working knowledge in French for career reasons.
I n the past, I have tried to self-educate my self, but for all practical reasons, I am a beginner. I am very much interested in developing oral and listening skills.
I am hoping to be able to reach my goal of working knowledge in French by the end of this year (e.g. carry out meaningful conversations , able to read and understand basic sentences, etc.) I should be able to dedicate up to four hours weekly for my language lessons, keeping in mind that I usually work from 8 am till 6 pm. So most of the lessons would be held either in the weekends or after 7 pm.
I am looking for a teacher that is able to tailor the lessons to my needs and personality and able to follow up on my progress and enforce areas which the teacher may see as weak.
