The reason why i want to learn Vietnamese is quite simple. My girlfriend of some time now is native to Vietnam but is living in singapore. I have gone to Vietnam a few times and on my last visit i met her family, i felt so lost because i couldnt speak the language. As i am getting to the point where i am thinking about marriage and my future with her i would like to make an effort to learn her native tongue so i can converse with her family, and also speak with her in a language besides english. My proficiency level is absolutely beginner. i am willing to dedicate as much time as needed to learn to speak the language as long as it is flexible with my work schedule. The qualities i look for in a lesson teach is some one that can keep me interested, someone that is patient, and someone that understands i try my best but languages are hard for me to learn and is willing ti put in the time if it takes me longer then the average student to pick up aspects of the language.

Toi dang hoc tieng viet for better communication with colleagues based in Vietnam.
I can understand very basic vietnamese through some months of self-learning from textbook, but unable to speak vietnamese as the pronunciation la rat kho.
I want to learn to read, write, speak and listen tieng viet.
I can spend about 2-3 hours a week for lessons.

I am interested in learning either one of the languages mentioned above as it is a skill which I see myself potentially utilising in the future in areas such as career advancement or conversation. It is also an investment where time is spent fruitfully gaining extra knowledge!
My proficiency level is that of a beginner.
The areas in which I feel need particular improvement would be grammar and conversation as I would more likely utilise such languages through both speech and writing.
I would like to dedicate 2 hours per week to the language lessons.

I'm a serious learner looking for a private Korean tutor who is able to coach me in Advance Level Korean as I'm aiming for TOPIK Level 6.
The teacher should ideally be familiar with the TOPIK syallbus and have experience in teaching Advanced Level Korean.
Mo st of the local teachers that I met aren't particular about pronunciation / intonation and results. I hope to get a strict teacher who can push me to achieve these.
I would prefer someone who has a degree/ post-grad or certification in teaching Korean to foreigners.
Lessons may be carried out at my place or the teacher's place (if it isn't too far away). Lesson may be once or twice a week.
