A major part of my job takes place in Italy and I would like to be fluent. I understand many things especially as it relates to my work but need to work further on improving. I would say I have an intermediate level. Conversation is the most important so I feel confident conducting business without hesitating. The qualities I would like in a teacher are flexibility to my needs and on my pace. As I travel quite a bit, I am interested also in Online lessons so I can stay in line. A teacher also offers me discipline. In terms of timing, I would like something intensive without over doing it as my primary obligation is not the language but my job. I am the mother of a 9 years old boy, who has studied English at school for two years. He asked me if he could continue with private lessons, and as I see he has a gift with languages, I'm looking for a teacher (preferably native speaker) who could come to our house to teach him, hopefully in a way that will make him love the language, learning it correctly at the same time. I think that two to three hours per week (two lessons) would be adequate for his age, but we are open to suggestions!
