I am at the beginner level with Hindi but have a strong grasp of languages in general and language teaching as I am an ESL teacher.
I want to learn Hindi for personal reasons. Since I am a beginner I need training in all areas, written, spoken, grammar, etc.
I would want to spend just a couple hours a week.
I'm looking for a teacher who give a variety of activities that engage the student with other students and with the teacher but who also does some 'lecturing' on grammar and other aspects of the language.

I have no knowledge of Hindi.
I would like to learn for personal interest (I am thinking of visiting India in the future).
I could dedicate one or two session per week to learning Hindi, tentatively.

I am a beginner, and know very little Hindi. I would like to become proficient in this language so I can quallify for a film school in Mumbai, and communicate effortlessly with other students there. I hope to work in Hindi films, And am willing to dedicate at least two hours a day to these lessons. I would like someone patient, experienced, and hopefully a native speaker.

I am staying for one year in India.
In my spare time I want to learn Hindi for my studies after this stay in India.
As I am already 5 months in this country I have learnt the devanagari script system and some of the conversationa l basics by myself.
Now I need a teacher, who can explain me the grammar, and, most important, practice with me, because really leaning how to communicate by myself is very difficult for me.
My goal is to archive a fairly good standard in talking so that I am confident. This is why I wanted to have lessons several times a week, so that I progress fast.
The teacher should be able to teach me speaking, understanding , but also reading and writing for all standard situations.
