I am in french 3015 at the University of Minnesota.
I am majoring in french.
Gr ammar and conversation, mostly grammar I need help on a lot and I need to bring it up to the 3015 level.
I would like a tutor at least 4 hours a week.
I would like my tutor to be fluent in the french language and who will be useful in helping me with my compositions and studying for my exams as well as teaching me the grammar that seems to confuse me.

My father is Persian, now living in Iran; my mother is American. I grew up very American, and am now interested in learning more about my father and his language. I am pursuing college studies and Air Force ROTC, and would perhaps use Farsi in my Air Force career as well. I am a beginner. I am an average student, and so my interest in the language initially would be to understand it and converse in it, rather than to write it well. I honestly don't know how much time I will have or will need to progress in the language once you contact me; my schedule during school is much busier than in the summer; and I work hard at whatever I take on, but I've never learned a language before, so I don't know my aptitude for it.

I have studied Arabic for 5 years (both colloquial modern standard) becasue I have worked and would like to work again in the Middle East. I speak some spanish at my job but there are a lot of things I would like to improve on such as conversation spanish and broaden my vocabulary. My spanish is intermediate but I would like to practice a lot more and feel more comfortable speaking spanish at work. I would like to meet with someone once or twice a week to practice. I would prefer to learn from a native speaker and preferably a speaker from Mexico since most of the people I work with are Mexican and I would like to learn more Mexican slang as well.
