I would like to learn the spoken language of Arabic as I work alongside adults and children from Oman who's native language is Arabic. I'm looking to reach a good standard of conversationa l arabic. I learnt teh 'basics' when I arrived, greetings etc, but that has been it for a year now. My aim is achieve a good level of understanding so that some time in the future it will improve my prospects within the region.
I want to concentrate on spoken arabic.
At least one lesson a week will be required, and will learn in between lessons. Evenings are best.
I'm looking for a teacher who has experience in teaching English (uk) students and has a structure of learning in place that has proved successful before. From what I know, patience is of course essential! Both male and female teachers are fine.
