My greek is really basic, i learnt the alphabet and can read the words, but do now know their meanings and usages.
I have always been interested in Greek language,hist ory and culture. But unfortunately i only self studied slowly and never was able to find a greek teacher or language partner(I am also a good Chinese teacher).
I use 'teach yourself Greek' and 'colloquial Greek' to self study. And also using other classical textbooks to learn but without a guider, its too difficult and slow.
i need a teacher who may open a new window for me not only the language but also
I would like to have the class twice a week, one and a half hour or 2 hours per week.
I am a good learner and expect the lesson and teacher be creative and practical, etc.

After graduating from a regular university in computer science & visual arts, I worked for a while but am ready for a new challenge. I am intrigued with new languages. I would like to be able to connect with more people & communicating in Mandarin seems a great way to do that.
I have taken a year of study in the US (San Diego) and am now in China looking for a good teacher. It would be great to incorporate music (to sing along with or just listen to & understand). Also being put in to new environments & meeting new people to help challenge me to test what i should have learned really helps. Actually any help will be great!!

After graduating from a regular university in computer science & visual arts, I worked for serveral years but have always felt inspired & challenged when meeting a person that I cannot communicate & connect with. So I am taking the time to learn Chinese. I love the culture, the food, & the people which are a good example in many ways of friendliness, health, & generosity.
I am currently in Yangshuo but am being told that Chengdu would be a better place to study. I am planning to head to Chengdu after some basic instruction here in Yangshuo, which should be by the 23rd of this month (October) if not sooner. It would be great to connect with someone who knows the area & the language.
I studied Mandarin for a year in the US which feels like nothing now that I am here since I can't seem to understand many people. A flexible teacher that can incorporate easy music (to sing along with or simply listen to & understand) would be ideal since repetition seems to be the key with me. since I seem to learn by seeing & experience/us e best.
I'm probably writing too much. It's usually best to meet & see..
