Beginner proficiency. I would like to learn conversationa l business-leve l Mandarin as quickly as possible for a job opportunity (written not as important). I am willing to take classes five days per week, and am looking for an instructor that has a good business professional command of Mandarin, as well as knowledge of Chinese politics.
I do not know of anyone else who would like to take these classes with me, but am open to studying with others in small group, as soon as possible.

I Have completed two years of chinese study on the University level. Also 9 weeks this summer in Vermont at Middlebury College studying Chinese. I need more conversationa l skills because I still do not feel confortable speaking chinese. I feel maybe two hours a week will benefit my furthering knowledge. I would be considered a beginner in the study of the Chinese language although I have been studying the language on and off for the past 4 years. It has mostly been self study with some tutoring and formal training in China.
I feel that I can speak fairly well but I cannot understand when I am spoken to (ting bu dong).
