I might be moving to Thailand this year for a career opportunity. I am not required to learn the language, but certainly having some knowledge of the basics can only be advantageous. Right now I am just scouting around for prospective schools or teachers of the Thai language. I have never had previous lessons.

My father is from Thailand, and although I was able to speak Thai at a young age, I am now unable to speak it. My father and his family have been speaking it around me since I was young, so I believe I could sufficiently learn how to pronunciate the words, but I only know a few words. I am willing to put a good amount of time into learning the language, particularly because I am interested in moving to Thailand temporarily in four to six year when i graduate from college. I want someone to teach me who is organized, and hardworking. I need to improve in every aspect of the language.
