I'm looking for a Cantonese teacher from Guangdong province or Hong Kong to teach me in Shanghai. I am completely fluent in Mandarin and would prefer to learn in Mandarin. I'd like 2 3-hour classes a week.
I have already studied basic Cantonese but I'm still elemantary level. I can have a basic conversation asking and answering questions and my pronunciation is okay. I can read and understand basic conversations in simplified Cantonese script.
I only require that my Cantonese teacher speaks to me mainly in Cantonese (teaching language is Mandarin) and that they are a native speaker and also that they give me plenty of talking time.

Hello,
I am a new Tsinghua SEM MBA student doing ab 8 week internship in Shanghai starting on the 1st of July 2012.
I would either like to improve my mandarin (approx HSK level 4/5) or learn a bit of conversationa l Shanghainese.
I prefer weekend classes or evening classes conducted at coffee shops the Mall near Wuning Road/Caoyang Lu Station.

- I've learnt French with Alliance Francaise Singapour for 1 year in 2010 before I started living abroad. I would like to get a refresher as well as to continue learning the language as well as its culture while I am in Shanghai.
- Consider as beginner level
- I am better in reading and writing in French than speaking and listening.
- Due to busy weekday work schedule, I would have to do on weekends preferably 2-3 hours every Saturday or Sunday afternoons in person. As I may be required to work on weekends occasionally, I need flexibility to cancel or reschedule lessons.
- Dedicated and experienced teacher with useful material who can help me to master the language, based on my strengths and weaknesses in learning. Female teacher is preferred but male teacher is fine too.
