I am interested in learning Urdu due to the richness of the language and the beautiful poetic style. I am a beginner and can understand basic urdu, but am not yet comfortable speaking or forming basic sentences (ie: I have almost no practice in speaking.) I am willing to dedicate a few hours per week to studying Urdu. I am looking for someone who can give me the tools to propel me further in my study of Urdu and provide me with the foundation for further self-study.

I like to vacation in Thailand and am thinking of teaching English there. It would be helpful to know the language. At present I know only a few words and how to count. I would like a teacher who is pleasant and engaging. I respond better to female teachers. One of the teachers I read about does practical instruction, like going to restaurants or to shop for food. That sounds interesting.
I have a busy schedule so it would be helpful if the teacher were flexible.

I am interested in improving my abilities to converse in the Ukrainian language. Both of my parents are Ukrainian, and I spent some time learning the language as a child. However, my skills with the language have fallen behind over the years and I would like to be able to speak Ukrainian with confidence.
I am also planning a trip to Ukraine in the new year and would like to be able to speak and understand Ukrainian well, by the time I take the trip.
Ideall y I would like to work on my conversationa l Ukrainian, as well as grammer and reading.
I work a busy schedule, but I would like to start out with lessons maybe twice a week.
As for qualities in a teacher, I would like someone who will teach proper Ukrainian language rather than Russian language.
