I have been studying Hindi and Sanskrit for more than one year, in order to aid in understanding the scriptures I am reading. I am a yoga teacher and it would help to understand what I am teaching in its original language. I can read and write in both languages, yet on an elementary level.
I am also married to a Bengali man and would love to have conversations with him and his family in their native tongue.
I can follow conversation well, yet when speaking I become nervous and stumble to find words. Conversation would be the area in which I would like to advance in, as well as, grammar. I would love to learn to speak like a native.
The hours I am dedicated to learning are between 2-8 hours a week.
I am seeking a teacher who is patient, yet firm in their teaching method.

I traveled two months throught Romania this summer. I met a lovely man. We plan on getting married and I might move to Romania next year. I have a Law degree here in Canada. If I reach a hight level of romanian speaking and have the opportunity to join any Bar association in Romania, it would be great. But for the moment, I would just like to be able to meet with my boyfriend's friend without him having to translate everything.
I'm going back for one month in January, in Brasov, and I want to learn as much as I can. I want to spend at least 2hours everyday leaning the language. I would like to focus on the conversationa l language. I'm beginner.
If the teacher could speak french, it would be lovely. Otherwise, english is fine. I would like to meet in person with the teacher, maybe 2 or 3 times a week? Whatever is the best for the learning process. I learn quickly, in the past 8 years, I learned spanish and german while travelling. I take it very seriously.
I plan to come back again to Romania this summer, from June to October. If it works well with the teacher, I might like to continue the classes during summer.
