I have moved to Denmark to be with my girlfriend and our new baby daughter (8 months old) and for the immediate future we will be living in Denmark. I was lucky to find a job here but even though people love speaking English to me I would love to fit in and understand the language and the culture.
C oming from England I am not very good at languages and I would class myself as a total beginner. I have picked up some words and small phrases e.g Hvor kommer du fra but I would ultimately my goal is to undstand at least 90% of Danish.
I feel I need a complete guide to reading, writing, speaking and listening!
I would love to dedicate at least 2 lessons per week last 2 hours each. Possibly in the evening or when I am home it might be possible to do during the day.
I am looking for a teacher who is patient and understanding to the English way of life. We are not born for languages!! I am looking for someone who can help me overcome my lack of confidence with Danish and to help me start using it in the real world.

Hi,
I'm Pedro Avelar and I come from Brazil.
I am exchange student in Denmark by AFS.
I will be in Denmark until July 2, 2014
I live in Thyregod, but I study in vejle.
I would like to learn English and Danish, but with priority to English.
My English is not very good. I would like to improve my pronunciation .
I intend to learn how to express myself properly in English during a dialogue.
I plan to do two or three classes per week. I can go in the teacher's house if he/she lives in vejle.
Regar ding the Danish, I intend to learn how to communicate, since I live in Dinamrca and my family and friends also speak Danish.
Brie fly I want to improve my English and learn how to communicate in Danish, but I want to devote more English.
