I am interested in learning Turkish in order to connect with my culture.
Growing up, I lived somewhat removed from my Turkish family and due to this I never developed the ability to speak Turkish. I am now keen to learn the language as an adult so that I can converse with my extended family when I do see them and communicate with ease when I travel to Turkey.
My younger brother is also interested in learning the language, as are our partners. We would like to participate in a small group class, consisting of the four of us.

I had some very basic saturday language lessons when I was very young but my studies were discontinued due to family divorce, it was many years ago and as a result I can't remember very much.
I want to spend 2-3 hours+ each week as desired

I have some very basic Turkish & want to become competent in conversationa l & written Turkish. I own a restaurant in Turkey where I spend 6 months of the year. I would like to be able to communicate nicely with my Turkish speaking staff, guests & suppliers. I am in Melbourne from Oct-April every year & would like to study approx 2 hours pw in person while here.
