I would like to learn Portuguese for the reason of doing business with Portuguese speaking countries. I will be traveling on a regular basis to these countries and most of the people there hardly speak another language so it is difficult to communicate for business or normal day to day. Hi, I am a total beginner but would like to learn to speak Brazilian portuguese, as my work (dance teacher) brings me into contact with a lot of other Brazilians. And of course I would like to understand the lyrics of the song I am dancing to. I have taken classes before in Spanish and French, but don't remember much, so would like to start from the beginning. I would like to concentrate on conversationa l portuguese. I am willing to spend a few hours a week on classes, both online as well as in person would work for me, as well as doing homework and practicing in my own free time.

I wish to learn Brazilian Portuguese as I visit Brazil often and have a deep love for the country and its people. I can speak only a few words of Brazilian Portuguese, and wish to become fluent in the language within the next 2 years. I may work in commerce in Brazil after 2014. I would like to dedicate 2 hours per week to class time, although because my Dubai job requires me to travel a lot I would please need flexible class teaching times by mutual agreement, preferably in the evenings or early mornings. I please require a teacher who is patient, intuitive and lively!
Please note that I specifically require tuition in Brazilian Portuguese and not Porra Portuguese. Thank you very much.
