I'm currently taking Japanese at Austin Community College. Japanese is my major and I'm hoping to transfer to a university in Japan to finish my degree. I'm just beginning Japanese and need help with the written alphabets and with pronunciation . I wish to become more proficient in conversation as well. I have very little experience in Japanese. I am very eager to learn Japanese because of my vastly growing interest of the language and Japanese culture. I would like to learn all aspects of Japanese in writing, speaking, grammar and culture. I would be willing to dedicate as much time as necessary to my lessons, but I also have schoolwork, flute lessons and other extra activtiies I have obligations to. I am looking for a very patient, understanding teacher who is a native of Japan. I would like my teacher to not go to any other lesson until I understand the present concept or lesson completely. I would prefer private, live lessons so I can be in direct contact with my teacher.
