I lived in Brasil for 6 months and picked the language up to an intermediate level (i had prior knowledge of spanish).
I am looking to improve on my portuguese during an unpcoming trip to portugal. I will be in Lisbon from 26 of June for a week and am looking for a teacher to do some private lessons over this week.
It is possible that I may want to continue over the phone or webcam post this.

Dear Madam/Sir,
I am hoping to find someone who can teach me Portuguese but not Brazilian Portuguese from a beginners level to hopefully advanced.
I am very dedicated to learning this language as I am in a long term relationship with my Portuguese partner and wish to surprise him with my new skill! We will be travelling to Portugal and I hope to be able to communicate in most areas.
I have the majority of time available in the week to fit in with your schedule and intend to continue lessons for as long as it takes.
I am of Danish ancestory and speak Danish fluently. I believe I am more than capable of learning a new language.
