should be ending my 'beginner' phase for mandarin, but I will say beginner since im always learning. Ive beens tudying eastern history and culture since i was 13 , im now 22 and looking to learn mandarin profictiently I will be visiting for a month in one year. I plan to do international business with taiwan or china. I already have many mandarin excercise books and tapes but looking to have one-on-one grammer help. Thank you

Beginner.
I'm starting to do a lot of business in China now. While my business partner in Hong Kong speaks Cantonese and Mandarin, on my last trip I was feeling quite frustrated that I couldn't communicate.
I need improvement in all areas.
As far as time, I'm open to suggestions from the teacher as to what he/she suggests is appropriate based on my aptitude and goals.
I'm hoping that my lessons and my teacher cater to my aptitude and eagerness to learn.
