I have never taken any middle eastern language courses before. I am interested in learning Arabic in order to assist me with a career with the U.S. State Dept.I am available for classes Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings after 6:30 P.M., and all day on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I am eager to learn and wish to learn as much as possible within the coming month.

Hello,
My name is Natalie. I've started learning Arabic on my own, by books and CDs in 2005 while living in Abu Dhani. Then I returned back to my country, Estonia for two years and came back to UAE only in January this year. I would like to continue learning Arabic, at the moment I can read, but I am not aware of grammar, vocabulary is poor as well. I would like to take a private course in order to improve my general knowledge of Arabic.
I speak fluently Estonian, Russian, English, Italian and French.
I would like to dedicate around 3-4 hours per week to my Arabic language studies. My working hours are until 18:00 or 19:00. Any time after that would be fine, including weekends.

I am at the intermediate level. I can speak a little, make and understand simple sentences. I can read and write a little aswell. I am learning because I would like to spend time in an arabic speaking country in the future and I love the arabic language. I need improvement in, 1)Conversatio n = listening-und erstanding-spe aking 2)Reading 3)Writing. However conversation is the main area I want to focus on.
I would like to spend up to 4-8hrs a week spread over 2 lessons per week. I would like my teacher to be patient, understanding , flexible and an expert in arabic teaching. I would like my lessons to enrich me to be fluent in Arabic lessons. With this I can recommend my teacher to others who want to learn arabic.

Hi , I am learning German by myself using some books and workbooks ( as of 01 June 2009 it s just in a Beginner level) and Japanese is just close to the JLPT L-4 level and I am still getting better by listening to NHK and slight other Home Works on the Same. Arabic is just a day dream as I have never met anyone to teach me except few restaurents in Soi nana where I just practise the basic Expressions with no proper way of understanding the language from Right to Left. Huh..,
