I'm a beginner trying to learn Russian. I would like to use it for travel, to advance my career and possibly meet some Russians. I would like help in all areas, primarily reading and writing. I'm looking for a teacher that loves teaching and makes a difficult language seem easier to understand. I am a marketing executive based in Southern California. I am currently negotiating multiple contracts (on my company's behalf) with companies based in Korea. In order to be more effective in the contract negotiation process, I have decided to intensively study the Korean Language.
I have learned some very Korean simple phrases during my business trips to Korea, and I am currently studying the Korean alphabet.
Also, while English is my native language, I am fluent in Japanese and conversive in French.

I have been trying to learn Norwegian on and off by myself for the past year or so. My boyfriend in from Nessoden or Oslo Norway. I consider myself to be a beginner. I only know present and very little past tense, vocabulary is limited and have trouble pronouncing certain vowels within certain types of words.
I just want to be able to speak and write decently...
What I did learn a while ago is leaving me fast because I don't have anyone to speak with.
My cell phone is a flat rate and can talk to anyone within the U.S. for free and am a Skype member and that is free when talking on the internet together with any other Skype member.
I appreciate any help I can get and can pay via check, creditcard or paypal if you are located far away.
