We are looking for a Mandarin teacher for our young daughter in our home two mornings per week from 8:30am to 12:30pm (4 hours).
We would like the teacher to play games, do crafts and sing songs with our daughter while speaking Mandarin.

I want to learn Mandarin mainly due to the fact that the language and the culture surrounding it fascinate me; I strongly hope to actually one day travel to China, possible for an exchange in university.
My proficiency in mandarin is fairly beginner. I have done some self-teaching through books and computer programs, however, the problem is I have no conversationa l skills as all the learning I have done is by myself. I have seen things like pinyin before and know so basic characters. The only hting that I have noticed that has easied my learnning of Mandarin is the fact that my first language is Polish; a much softer language that is some what phonetically simillar to mandarin (more so than english anyways.)
For these reasons I wish to improve in all areas of the language; especially convesationsa l skills.
For lessons I would be easily willing to spend at least an hour weekly.
My majour questions to teachers are: cost, time, and place.

I am a beginner that would like to learn Mandarin, primarily for business and social interaction. I am very familiar with the culture, and have learned a lot of Cantonese in the past, so I am familiar with learning a language that has various tones.
I would like to learn approximately 3X per week. I would like my teacher to be aggressive and willing to push me hard to learn quickly.
