I'm really interested in learning Farsi as many of my friends speak Farsi. I've tried some online programs but I find it's really difficult to learn from the computer. I'm a beginner and I only know one or two words like 'Salam' which I learned from some of my friends. I would like to be able to speak farsi and understand the basics of the language so I can at least understand and maybe contribute to conversations .

I am like learning knew language. I guess it will make me understand the other culture mores. currently I fluent in Both Arabic and English Languages.
The most difficult part of learning knew language is their grammar or language structures. the words can be easily memorized, but if you don't know their structure, it will be difficult to combine them and make a conversations .
the best say to learn new language is to start with simple phrases, do not go deep into languages room, the more simple you make the better.
