I hope to learn Arabic as the Middle East is an area of the world I would like to visit and maybe even work in one day.
I am an absolute beginner but, ideally, I aspire to a standard that would allow me to freely communicate with most native Arabic speakers in everyday situations.
I would be willing to dedicate around 3-4 hours a week on lessons as well as spending several hours a week learning and practising on my own following a tutors directions.
In a tutor I think it would be best if they were able to be patient and understanding as I have never encountered the language before.

I am currently in Lebanon until the 23rd of August on an exchange programme and I would love to learn Arabic because I would like to communicate with the people around me in their own language.
In September I will be starting m masters in Middle East Politics in London and this is another reason I would like to learn Arabic.
I can speak a few words of Arabic like hello and thank you, but I am a complete beginner otherwise and would need tutoring in all areas.
I have until the 23rd of August and I am available from 9-6pm all day everyday.
The qualities I would hope for in a teacher would be someone who is patient and has a firm grasp of English

I am a beginner
I need most help with fluency and conversation confidence
I can give up to 2 hrs a day or if intensive classes then with some warning I can do up to 8 hrs a day
I am willing to learn from any able teacher. I will put effort and if I feel I am progressing I will continue with that teacher.
I am looking for individual tuition and will pay reasonable fees for this
