I am a teacher and have always wanted to grow my Spanish language skills. I started with two years of instruction in high school, but adult life has taken my time away from pursuing it. I started learning Spanish to improve my communication with the stable workers. I can communicate somewhat effectively, but I feel I am still not where I would like to be. I practice a little with people daily at this point, while I an with the horses. I would like to improve and I believe more strucure may help.
My ultimate goal is to be fluent enough to feel comfortable speaking. I am still translating many responses to others in my head. SO I am slow..
Would like to start with once per week and go from there.

I love learning; especially languages. I am half Puerto-Rican and have tried to learn Spanish on many different occasions and where I've managed to pick up quite a bit...it's not enough. I believe I am currently in the middle of the beginner-inte rmediate level. I would like to be fluent at a conversationa l level. I am will to dedicate as much time as needed so that I can learn quickly. I will be going to PR in the near future and would like to feel like I belong. I would like a teach who is able to provide the skills needed to make this possible and to be as dedicated. Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.
