i want to learn chinese mandarin and hokkien because i am half chinese and at the same time i can use it for my career advancement. if i would start my foreign langauge study, i will consider myself as a beginner and i am thinking of spending the whole day(8hrs) of saturday every week for this study. i am looking forward for a kind of teacher who is on time, with advanced level of communication and most of all the one who has the passion to teach wherein the learning that i will get from this study will commensurate for every centavo that i may invest.

My husband is looking for tuition in Mandarin one on one in the Cairns area. He has a little knowledge of the language, and would like to improve for travelling reasons. He is only here for January and February though, and would need something fairly soon for a few weeks. There is also the possibility of more lessons throughout the year.
