First of all, the finnish language has always appealed to me, as a teen and growing up. Facinated with the middle ages a lot while I was growing, I was instantly fainated with the lifestyle, and mythyology behind Finland, although not confronted often. I have read the Kalevala, and would like to understand more literature, with no need for translation. I plan to move to Finland in my lifetime.. I would like to get the proper teaching before I jump in the deep end.
I know nothing of the language basics, I would like a full build-up to the language. Although I know nothing of the language's structures, I am keen and commited to learn it. I will turn it into a passion... Hopefully learn it well enough to teach others.
I live in a small town on the mid-north east coast, called Tuncurry/Fors ter. Hour and a half drive to Newcastle, 4 hours from Sydney. I have family that live in the suburbs of the Sydney area, in which I can live with, until I find a house, to study the language if need be.
Knowin g nobody that even speaks a word of finish, let alone teach it... It will be a goal within itself to find a teacher for this glorious and beautiful language. If the teacher can teach, while understanding me, that is what I wish to find. The dream would be to find a sence of humour in the lessons, reason being that I learn more when it is not serious ALL the time.

I want to learn Finnish just because my heart is telling me that Finland is where I belong. I am just a beginner at the language, I know a few words that is about it. I want to be able to speak fluent Finnish one day and to do so I am willing to dedicate literally ALL of my time to learn the language as best as I possibly can(in two years preferably since I am going to Finland then). In a teacher, I am looking for someone who has dedicated their life to the language or is a native speaker. I am looking for someone to explain to me the complexity of the language and to break it down as best as they can.

hello, my name is Annouck and I'm 18 years old
i want to learn finnish because i really love the sound of the language
and i love the country too. i'm not really planning a career in Finnland
i just want to learn it because i'm very interested in the language.
my proficiency level is zero i guess.
i need particular improvement in every aspect of the language, i don't know anything about it at the moment. I just know it's a very though language but i'm motivated enough to learn it.
I don't know how much time i have to dedicate to the lessons, i think it's the best when i talk about this with a teacher.
for qualities, i don't know exactly what you mean but i want to be able to speak finnish the best as possible.
