I have studied Standard Arabic for four semesters at my University in the U.S. I began studying Arabic after I lived in Bethlehem for a summer.
I have a beginners vocabulary and I understand many of the rules of Arabic grammer. My weakest areas are listening and speaking.
I am staying in Oman until Aug. 19 and would like to spend around 3 or 4 hours a week working with a tutor on lessons.
A good tutor for me would be someone who has their own ideas for lessons. I find it hard to know what I should study.

Beginner, want to learn language for career advancement and to be able to speak to natives and other arabicspeakin g poeple in dubai. I dont care how much time i have to dedicate as long as i learn the language well. I would prefer dedicate lots of time and learn quick.
