I have been learning French for 3 years, and Spanish since I was born. I am going to be a sophomore in college and took Beginning French my first semester. I recently decided to change my language requirement to Italian. I have been to Italy three times and loved it so much. I plan on doing field work for my anthropology major in Italy. I know most of the basic commands but wish to learn more. I hope to learn as much as I can during this Summer, seeing as how I have to go back to school (in Virginia). I am free most weekdays, and weekends during the day. I want a teacher who can make learning Italian fun and interesting. Not just repetition and memorization.

Hi,
I am interested in learning how to speak spanish fluently and I am also interested in learnign to write as well as read Spanish. I will be starting college in January of 3020 but would like to start taking Spanish lessons before then. My inteneded majors are Spanish and Sociology. I want to work in Social Work. My fiance is Bengali- I know nothinng- except I Love You (of course-Ha Ha)I want to learn the language as a surprise to her.
I want to be able to carry on everyday conversations - I have not learned any other language before, I realize this will make it a litle more difficult, but I am willing to do the work.
I get home every day by 6 (CST) so anytime after that is fine.
I will want to start the lessons in September/Oct ober- when she get's very busy at work and we will not be spending as much time together.
Th e teacher must be patient with me- I learn mostly from saying it over and over again and maybe even writing it out.
