I have always been facinated with Japanese culture. I would like to be able to learn how to read and speak Japanese fluently. Also due to my work envoirnment, I would need to brush up my cantonese speaking.
I would like if someone could conversate me more than once a week, as I would like to pick up both langauges as soon as possible.

- I have already taken Japanese levels I, II, III (in 2011 and early 2012). I would like to further improve my Japanese language skills as I will be living in Japan and teaching English there starting in summer 2014.
- I believe I am still a beginner, despite taking the first three levels. I am diligent and learn very quickly, however!
- I would like to learn some more useful/everyd ay grammar and etc.
- I would dedicate at least an hour/week to meet with my tutor if not more. I will also study a lot on my own free time as I just graduated university and have more free time than I have had in years.

Hello, my name is Holly. I am looking for one on one Japanese lessons. I live in Mississauga, Ontario Canada. I love the culture and anime as well as manga and would really like to be able to visit Japan very soon. I have really wanted to learn Japanese and the best way I learn is by watching, learning and repeating. I would find a one on one in person lesson a lot better then an online course and I am just curious as to if this is possible, how much it would cost and when would I be able to start. I am looking for a patient energetic teacher who I can have fun with while I learn Japanese. In high school I took French and Spanish and I still know some of them, so I think learning Japanese shouldn't be too hard for me. I find I learn a lot better being taught by a person rather then doing it on my own, and would really appreciate and be forever grateful to anybody who would take me on as a student.

My husband and I are looking for a Japanese tutor who can teach us Japanese before we go to Japan in 2014 for Christmas. We had a tutor in the past but she had moved back to Japan, we are still pretty much beginners. We know no kanji or katakana but we know pretty much all hiragana. We would like to study at least once a week, preferably satudays. But because of my husbands ever changing work schedule we will need a tutor who is available different days and times as well.

I am looking for Japanese lessons for my son, who has the honour of traveling to Japan with his grandparents next year. I think it would be a valuable asset for him to learn a little Japanese before traveling to the country. He has no experience with Japanese. We are looking for a private lesson once per week.
