My parents both speak Gujarati fluently however unfortunately I can only speak the language at a very elementary level. I do however have a fairly proficient understanding of the language when it is spoken to me.
I would like to be able to communicate in Gujarati simply for the sake of being able to communicate with certain family members as well as ensuring that I stay in touch with my culture.
I would be interested with working with a teacher who is in Toronto as I do not have access to a car.

Gujarati is my language but I have not been using it very often and therefore it is not as fluent as it used to be. I want to learn it so that I can speak to certain family members fluently without pausing or stumbling over words. Conversation is my strong point because I used to speak it fluently when I was little and I would like to learn how to write it too. I would like to dedicate as much hours as I can but I work and am in school too. Qualities I am looking for in a teacher would be helpful, honest and someone who enjoys teaching.
