I have just started learning Hindi, and not yet capable of conversing.
I am learning Hindi for personal reasons which I hope will extend to professional advantage as well.
The area I need most help with is conversationa l and also in grammar.
I am able to dedicate up to 9 hours of learning a week including the lessons.

I have been trying to learn Hindi for quite some time. I have purchased audio books, textbooks, Rosetta Stone, etc. and I feel I need more guidance. My boyfriend is from India and speaks Hindi fluently. However, I feel it is best to learn from someone who is not close to you. His parents do not speak much English nor do his relatives. We are most likely going to be married in central India next summer. From what I have heard, there are not many English speakers in the area where we will be. I would love to improve conversationa l abilities. Right now my schedule changes often. I teach chemistry normally and right now my boyfriend's parents are in town. I would love to meet once a week if possible. I am looking for an extremely patient teacher who is willing to work with someone who is extremely shy with languages.
