I have taken two beginner-leve l courses, one at SMU (continuing education program) and one at Alliance Français de Dallas. I feel like I'm not quite to the Intermediate level. I'm learning French to broaden my horizons and learn about French culture. I feel like I need improvement in grammar and conversation. I would like to have 1 hour-long private lesson per week for an indefinite period of time. I'm looking for a teacher that is organized and will push me to develop rapidly.

I am a beginner. I am looking to speak spanish fluently and at a reasonable rate. I usually have evenings to dedicate to lessons, so if you are able to teach around 7:00 pm that would be great. I would like a teacher who is knowledgeable in spanish and has more than 10 years experience.
I am learning spanish to get ahead in life, for a better job, etc..

Completed one beginner level year at a local University. I want to learn Chinese to gain a competitive edge in the work force. I wish to become a fluent speaker and a competent writer. I am willing to dedicate several hours a week to learn. The qualities I look for in an instructor is for them to be someone with experience with Chinese culture and a grasp of the customs and behavior. I want a strong emphasis on writing and learning Chinese characters. I want someone strict with high expectations to keep me on track. I hope they are organized and as excited to teach as I am to learn.
