I would like to learn Bengali because it is my husbands native language and I would like to communicate with his family their language. My focus would be on spoken Bengali, not on written Bengali. I would start on a beginner level and would dedicate 1-2 hours up to 3 times a week during the day for the language lessons. My teacher should be a native speaker with experience in teaching Bengali.

I plan on living in China one day. I can over two or three hours a week to one-on-one and a few more hours a week in personal study. I want to move to Europe some day, and Sweden is currently top on my list. I also want to get a true feel for language learning in general, because if I learn one, subsequent ones may come easier.
I am a beginner in Swedish, but I am familiar with a few very basic things about languages.
I need improvement in thinking in the language. I have the bad habit of having to think about everything I say, which is very bad.
Depen ding on the environment, around a half hour or more a day.
I want a teacher who knows what's important to teach early and what should come later. I want to function and think in the language before I start learning more complex rules and vocabulary.
