Hello,
I am an Indian knowing more languages from my country India but not French. I need to learn french because I am in process of getting the French citizenship for me and my daughter Ayesha whom is 8. My wife is French citizen. We did not learn French when my daughter was young so she could learn my language which is Gujurati.
We would like to do at least 1 hour on a week night, we are complete beginners, looking for conversation and understanding every day talk. The French Consulate will interview us and if we do not understand the basics we will be denied citizenship.
It shall be a plus for my daughter once she is older.

I want to learn French because as I have native Portuguese background it's easier to learn it.I've also moved to Canada so that's its the second language here I'd like to learn.
I've already studied here in Canada, for 6 months, I'm in the pre intermediate level.
I wish I could practice more grammar and conversation.
I can dedicate a lot of time now, I want to take at least 2h/week.
The teacher has to be dynamic,creat ive, organized and experienced.

Greetings,
My name is Louise Roy and as you see from my name I have a french background... however never learned the french language. I have learned upto grade 8 but honestly do not remember much.
As for Italian, I am looking at possibly moving to Italy next year and would like to know the language if only basic.
Ple ase advise if you can help, I see your classes started yesterday being Jan. 4th so Im not sure if I am to late or not.

my commitment for 2010 is to learn french. my proficiency level is 0 so i will start from scratch. Time i'm planning to spend learning will be as much as i can(during my work days after 6 pm) and i need a teacher with some patience. i speak spanish and english which i consider a plus.
